Dan Wagner is the president and founder of Aspire Business Consulting.

An effective and strategic leader, Dan has over 12 years of executive search and staffing experience. His business development, executive search and accounting background has allowed him to partner in launching two successful Accounting and Finance search practices within the Delaware Valley. Dan has contributed to his success by building, mentoring and retaining his professional staffing teams. Dan is actively involved in the day-to-day business and maintains strong client relationships where his industry expertise is frequently leveraged.

Dan is a graduate of LaSalle University where he earned a BS in Accounting. He began his accounting career as a corporate internal auditor with DuPont. He is currently the President of the Mid Atlantic Association of Personnel Consultants (MAAPC) where he has been a board member for the last 7 years. Dan resides in Bucks County, PA with his wife Jennifer and their three children.

Bob Criscuolo is the vice president of Aspire Business Consulting.

Bob has over 20 years of experience in the staffing profession. He began his recruiting career co-founding and managing two successful search firms. In the past 15 years, he has launched, developed and directed two of New Jersey’s largest, privately-held recruiting firms, ConleyMorgan and Rylan Forbes Consulting Group. Rylan Forbes eventually merged with several, large specialty search firms and became ACSYS Inc. In February 1998, ACSYS Inc., with sales exceeding $100 million, completed its IPO on NASDAQ (ACSY). ACSYS was subsequently acquired by Netherlands-based Vedior Corporation in the summer of 2000 and is still growing today.

Bob’s responsibilities at Aspire includes building corporate client development, staff development and education, brand strategy, sales execution and delivery of client services.

Bob is a graduate of Drexel University where he majored in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American and New Jersey Society of CPA’s. Bob is married with three children and coaches youth ice hockey in the South Jersey area.

Diana is currently a Director of Permanent Recruiting for Aspire Financial Search, Inc. Diana has over 20 years experience in the Accounting and Finance industry, with over 12 of those years in the staffing profession.

Diana began her career with Arthur Anderson, LLP in their Philadelphia office. She began her recruiting career with a large international recruiting firm in Greenville, SC. In 2000, she assisted two former colleagues launch a successful regional Accounting and Finance Staffing firm. Diana successfully achieved top performer status repeatedly along with managing her growing family. Diana joined Aspire in early 2005, after moving back to Chester County, PA. Her vast background with roles ranging from Senior Accountant to CFO in the real estate, manufacturing, technology, healthcare and financial service industries allow her to develop and maintain long term client relationships.

Diana graduated Summa Cum Laude from Drexel University in 1992 with degrees in Accounting and Finance. Diana is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of CPA’s, the Institute of Internal Auditors, the American Institute of CPA’s and ASWA. Diana now resides in Chester County with her husband and three children.

As Director of Healthcare Search, Betsy Warner brings 20 years of experience in the executive search field specializing in the healthcare discipline, primarily supporting the recruitment needs of acute care hospitals in the Mid-Atlantic area. Betsy is originally from Connecticut, spending 10 years of her recruiting career working for a local search firm in the Hartford area. Betsy most recently worked for a Lehigh Valley search firm, where she assisted them in developing their healthcare practice. Betsy is a certified personnel consultant (CPC) and has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Amherst College. She resides in Nazareth, PA with her husband and son.

Martin Weissflog is Director of Information Technology at Aspire Business Consulting. A seasoned IT professional with 21 years IT Management and Technical staffing experience, Martin began his recruiting career in 2005.

Joining Aspire in 2008, Martin was quickly promoted to Director of Aspire’s IT Search Division due to his extensive experience in Technology, Project Management and Leadership in the digital, media and health care industries. He has gained a surplus of industry knowledge while managing System, Network and Database Administrators, Developers, Analysts, Project Managers, Call Center, Help Desk and Operations staff. Martin leverages this background when working with clients and prospective candidates to clarify position requirements and business needs.

Martin holds a Bachelor degree from the University of New Hampshire. He is a member of the Project Management Institute. Martin now resides in Chester County, PA with his wife and two sons.
